CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL


  1. Booking and Payment
  • Reservation Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the initial deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent by Sol Holidays.
  • Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month prior to arrival.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund of the deposit.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Guest Cancellations: * Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in.
    • 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
    • No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
  • Host Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to property damage), we will provide a full refund but are not responsible for any travel costs incurred.
  1. House Rules and Occupancy
  • Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed 10. Exceeding this limit is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm (1600); Check-out is at 10am (1000)
  • Noise and Parties: We maintain a peaceful environment. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from  10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children, especially regarding Pool/Balconies/Stairs.
  • Personal Property: Sol Holidays is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any guest belongings.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or medical emergencies.
