CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL
- Booking and Payment
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the initial deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent by Sol Holidays.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month prior to arrival.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Guest Cancellations: * Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in.
- Host Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to property damage), we will provide a full refund but are not responsible for any travel costs incurred.
- House Rules and Occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed 10. Exceeding this limit is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm (1600); Check-out is at 10am (1000).
- Noise and Parties: We maintain a peaceful environment. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Liability and Insurance
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children, especially regarding Pool/Balconies/Stairs.
- Personal Property: Sol Holidays is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any guest belongings.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or medical emergencies.
